The African American Leadership Association is a member-based organization dedicated to providing African Americans and minorities with exposure, enrichment, opportunities, and access to leadership positions. AALA provides African Americans and minorities with programming that will prepare them not only for leadership positions but position them to work collectively towards influential leadership.
